These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anima, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16. Feedback

17. Miscellaneous
